Dr. Will Pantin is the President and Founder of Great Joy in the City Ministries (GJITCM).
Dr. Will and GJITCM flow in a genuine (according to 2 Corinthians 12:12) apostolic calling with signs, wonders and miracles confirming the Word of God preached. The focus of GJITCM is evangelism, teaching Church leadership how to teach the Gospel of the Kingdom with miracle signs following and church leadership mentoring and discipleship; as well as teaching Christian Believers around the world how to live in victory by walking by faith in God’s Word. Dr. Will is a former investment banker on Wall Street who managed over US$1.2 billion in an emerging markets portfolio, and who started his life as a laborer, as well as making dog collars in a factory. Dr. Will currently lives in Hong Kong, living overseas in Asia for over 20 years, where he built Great Joy in the City Ministries (GJITCM) into a powerful Kingdom impacting apostolic ministry. GJITCM is a Holy Ghost, bible-based apostolic Kingdom ministry that is impacting the saved and unsaved since 1995. Some of the countries where Dr. Will has ministered are: China, India, Pakistan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and the United States. Great Joy in the City Ministries (GJITCM) has its headquarters in Newark, Texas, and has offices in Bangalore, India and Lahore, Pakistan, with a new office being established in China. Dr. Will is widely known throughout South Asia (and recently in China) for a Holy Spirit and Kingdom demonstration of the Power of God in crusades, pastor faith seminars and church meetings. When Dr Will is not in Asia personally engaging in apostolic ministry, GJITCM senior ministry staff in Pakistan and India are teaching the Gospel of the Kingdom with miracle signs following.
Dr. Will and his senior ministry staff, teach and preach the Gospel of the Kingdom with proven signs, wonders and miracles in evangelistic crusades, which has resulted in the winning of over 550,000 souls to Jesus since 1996, including salvations among the Muslim population of Pakistan, Hindus in India and Communist atheists in China by demonstrating God’s love for all people groups. Documented miracles of blind eyes opening, the lame walking, the near-dead rising and the glory of God falling, along with a general healings and demonic deliverances have been experienced by tens of thousands of Asians who have given glory to God for His compassionate demonstrated love.
Dr. Will and his senior GJITCM staff also conduct “Kingdom Miracle” pastor faith seminars. These seminars conducted throughout Asia have been attended by hundreds of thousands of pastors and church leaders whose lives and ministries have been changed by his powerful faith teachings. Dr. Will’s teachings are mixed with humor and confirmed by God with mighty signs following. Holy Spirit power demonstrated during the seminars seal the teaching messages into the hearts of the participants, resulting in life changing experiences. During the seminars, God has moved through healings, deliverances as well as financial breakthroughs among the seminar participants. The hallmark of these seminars is the ‘word of mouth’ testifying by seminar participants to other church leaders, that has historically resulted in significant increases of attendance after the first day.
Dr. Will has started a new ministry outreach to Communist China: 1. ”Sending out the 70 Project”: Where we are training up Kingdom of God evangelistic miracle teams to go throughout the communist nation and bring in the End-time Harvest; 2. Kingdom/Faith Textbook Project: We are writing a compilation textbook for over 4,000 Underground Church seminarians students and which will also be distributed to pastors throughout China. This textbook, written by a number of various Men and Women of God who flow in a number of callings an anointings, will teach China’s future Church leaders foundational, Word-based principles and Truth to build their ministries upon – the #1 problem with the Church in China (a Church of over 110 million Believers nationwide) is a lack of Word based foundational teaching. This has resulted in a number of Christian cults growing throughout China.
Dr. Will is the founder and apostolic leader of Bondservants of Christ Ministerial Fellowship (BSCMF). This pastoral and church leadership mentoring and spiritual covering association focuses on teaching members to develop a true servant’s heart in ministry (Mark 10:43-45), which will open the doors for the demonstrated compassion of Christ, through Signs, Wonders and Miracles confirming the Word of God preached. Spiritual renewal focusing upon Godly servitude, submission, humbleness and unity of faith among Church leaders is stressed. A “Bond servant’s heart” opens the doors for church leaders, their families and ministries to experience Godly blessings and increase, that impacts the communities, regions and countries to which they are called. BSCMF members (both men and women) are pastors of small churches with less than 100 members, as well as Bishops with national ministries with hundreds of churches under their pastorship; as well as 5-fold, full-time ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There are nearly 11,200 members of BSCMF in Asia; and it is one of the fastest growing non-denominational evangelical ministerial fellowships in the world today.

GJITC Church of Lahore is one of the most dynamic and fastest growing churches in the Muslim dominated nation, where the uncompromised Word of Faith is taught and signs, wonders and miracles are in powerful demonstration, bringing ‘great joy’ to the city of Lahore. There are also two other GJITC Churches located in various areas of Lahore. There is also, Great Joy in the City Church of Quetta, a church to reach the Taliban-influenced city on the Afghanistan border which has 100 members. Also, there is Great Joy in the City Women’s Church of Quetta. The purpose of this Holy Spirit inspired church (which has solely women church leadership) is to provide an outlet for Muslim women to have fellowship with Christian women. As a result, GJITC Women’s Church of Quetta currently has over 100 members in this fundamentalist Muslim stronghold area. Great Joy in the City Church of Islamabad, is located in the capital city of Pakistan. There are over 100 members attending this church, and we expect it to continue to growth and influence this ‘seat of power’ in Pakistan. The latest Great Joy in the City Church is located in Bangalore, India, where church members are learning how to walk according to the laws of Faith and the Kingdom of God, so that they can touch Bangalore with Kingdom power and impact.
Dr. Will and GJITCM has a ministry outreach to Asian Business Leaders: GJITCM has an outreach to business leaders in Asia through seminars teaching Kingdom of God principles of prosperity and ‘Kingdom Service’, and has engaged in evangelism of business leaders through businessmen banquets and meetings.
Dr. Will holds an MA degree in Pastoral Leadership and a PhD in Missiology (Missions, Evangelism and Church Growth); as well as various secular academic honor degrees. He is also a Charter Class graduate of Dr. Jerry Savelle’s Heritage of Faith Bible School and School of World Evangelism.
Dr. Will is the author of three powerful faith-filled books: “Call on the Name of the Lord and be Saved” and “Confessing our Sins – Opening up the Doors to God’s Blessings”; and “Apostolic Kingdom Power and Authority- How to impact the Muslim World for Eternity”.
