Great Joy in the City Ministries is solidly committed to Asia.

Rev. Will Pantin spends most of the year in Asia. He firmly believes that ministry needs to be where the people are to meet their needs.

I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy, For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now; (Philippians 1:3-5, KJV).

GJITCM sees Asia as the last major harvest that is in need of laborers and resources. Approximately 67 percent of the world's population lives in this region, while ministry resources and focus in Asia ranks at the bottom of Christian ministry activities around the world.

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: (Philippians 1:6, KJV).

The ministry is pushing ahead especially to the unreached people areas, pockets within Asia that have never heard of the Gospel. Its purpose is to fulfill the command given in Matthew 24:14 - "this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations..."

The focus of this apostolic ministry is to prepare the way of the Lord's return by preaching about the unlimited love and compassion of God, and confirming the love of God with signs, wonders and miracles.

This is done through:

1. National India weekly television program, "Victory by Faith" - a Word of Faith teaching program as well as an evangelisitc tool for the lost.
2. National church planting program throughout Pakistan - establishing 'glory centers' where Muslims will feel free to come and receive deliverance and answers to problems in their lives; these are churches which demonstrate the love and compassion of God as a witness of Jesus Christ.
3. Pastors Faith Seminars - Seminars that teach South Asian pastors and church leaders how to have faith and dependency in Jesus and God's faithfulness; and which stop dependency upon man (mainly western ministries) that have historically weakened the South Asian church.
4. Bond Servants of Christ Ministerial Fellowship (BSCMF) - a South Asian based ministerial association and network where pastors and church leaders can receive spiritual covering; and where leaders can learn to tap into the unlimited love and power of God.

Part of its efforts includes translating and distributing faith-based books throughout the region and helping to develop networks of churches that meet the needs of the people.

The outreaches of the ministry require resources to meet these needs:

• To plant churches and train pastors to reach their nations with the Word of God
• To equip the saints with teaching resources such as faith-building books
• To conduct seminars for church leaders

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19, KJV).

Will's background in finance and economics opens doors in this economically depressed region. God's principles of biblical economics are being taught to people who desperately need that knowledge to have their every need met by a God who loves them.
