July ’09 BSCMF Letter

July 2009
Dear BSCMF Member,
“Herald and preach the Word! Keep your sense of urgency [stand by, be at hand and ready], whether the opportunity seems to be favorable or unfavorable. [Whether it is convenient or inconvenient, whether it is welcome or unwelcome, you as preacher of the Word are to show people in what way their lives are wrong.] And convince them, rebuking and correcting, warning and urging and encouraging them, being unflagging and inexhaustible in patience and teaching.”
· 2 Timothy 4:2 (Amplified Version)
During these last days, as Ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we need to make sure that we are prepared and ready to preach the Gospel – in season and out of season; and ready to preach the Gospel whether it seems convenient or it doesn’t. This is especially true for those preachers who want to fully flow in the supernatural power of God with mighty Signs, Wonders and Miracles confirming the Word of God.
I found out the reality of this truth, when early last month, my wife and I were on a beach holiday celebrating our 22nd Wedding anniversary in Penang, Malaysia. We were having a great time, when we received a phone call that my wife’s uncle who lived in Penang, was rushed to the hospital and dying of lung cancer. He was an unbeliever who followed Buddhism – and my father-in-law pleaded with me to get his brother saved. As we made our way to the hospital, I was praying in the Spirit and getting the ‘plan of God. When I got to the hospital, I preached the Gospel to “Uncle Jimmy” quite forcibly and got him saved. He died the next day. Also, I recently was in Bangalore, and I was supposed to preach at a church with a congregation of 7,000; but the Holy Spirit told me to preach at another church of 3,000. I later found out that the church desperately needed a “Word in season”. I was obedient to the Holy Spirit, and went to the church and ministered a powerful Word with the Holy Spirit moving dramatically; and helped changed the spiritual condition of the church congregation. Suppose I wasn’t obedient in either case? I could have said “I am on holiday and don’t want to be bothered?” Or suppose I said, “I’d rather preach at a bigger church so I look more important?”
My wife’s uncle would have gone to hell, and the church of 3,000 would have still been in need. No – if we want to flow in the fullness of the power of God, we need to be obedient to follow the Holy Spirit; and we need to always be prepared!
May God bless you richly,
Dr. Will Pantin

July 2009
Dear Friends,
“Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them. And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did. For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed. And there was great joy in that city.”
· Acts 8:5-8
Bond Servants of Christ Ministerial Fellowship (BSCMF) now has 4,500 members in Asia!
The Lord spoke to me during a time of prayer with my “spiritual son”, Tahir Rafiq, last December 2008 in Singapore: “For GJITCM, 2009 will be the year to step up and step out!” This year, that Word from the Lord has born fruit as GJITCM has already surpassed 2008’s ministry results, reaching more Asians with mighty Signs and Wonders and souls saved. We give God all the glory, and we are humbled by what God has accomplished. The Word from God reached its fullness during our Bangalore, India Ministry trip- June 11-15; it will go down as GJITCM’s best ever!
This was my first trip back to India since last year, having been prohibited to come earlier by national elections. India – the world’s largest democracy – has a month-long voting process, with (historically) rather violent run-ups to the elections. I was very happy to make it back to Bangalore, and especially to come back to my old “home town” where I lived for 3-1/2 years.
We originally thought we were stretching our faith by planning for 800 pastors to attend our Pastor Faith Seminar; but this number grew to 1,000 registrants. By the time I arrived to Bangalore, over 1,200 pastors and church leaders had traveled from all over India to come hear “Kingdom of God” teaching. I can’t emphasize how in awe I am of this. We usually hold pastor faith seminars thinking that they’d be city-wide events, and recently these have grown to regional/province level seminars.
But during the Bangalore seminar, we had pastors traveling from as far away as Delhi and Mumbai to hear me teach. I taught on “The Kingdom of God” and detaching from the world’s system, especially in these uncertain times. The Word was received enthusiastically; and I can go on describing the reception received, but I will let this just received report at our GJITCM-India office, confirm the results:
“One pastor came from Chitradurga who had a major financial problem due to his children’s school admission school fees. But he got hold and agreed with your “Sowing in Famine” teaching. He sowed a financial seed for his needs. After four days he received a financial miracle. He received money for the all the school admission fees, and enough for the expenses of the following term!”
It was an outstanding and memorable seminar and BSCMF ceremony. I hesitate to say this, but when the Lord came to visit me in Hanoi, Vietnam (August 19, 2004 @ 3:09am) and told me that He was moving me to India (4 months prior to moving); that He was ‘promoting’ me to a 5-fold ministry calling as an “Apostle” with Signs, Wonders and Miracles confirming the Word; that we would conduct pastor faith seminars and teach Christian leaders how to draw closer to God through Jesus Christ; and that He called me to start “Bond Servants of Christ Ministerial Fellowship” (BSCMF); I was at first hesitant to start BSCMF. I spoke to Jesus that night and said, “But Lord, why would anyone listen and follow me?” But Jesus spoke to me and said, “I will confirm this calling with signs following; and you will know that it is from Me by how fast it will grow in numbers.” We started BSCMF in June 2005, and four years later it now has over 4,500 members. I take no credit for this – the financial cost of running this fellowship is large; but I will follow the Lord’s instructions, no matter how insurmountable it seems in the natural….
I was to preach at Pastor Kottresh’s church of over 5,000 members; and he was to have close to 7,000 people from the area to attend the service. But I had also received an invitation from a pastor from Bangalore with a membership of 3,000. I was instructed by the Holy Spirit to preach at Pastor Ravi’s church in Bangalore. When I arrived at the Bangalore church, I understood why the Holy Spirit had instructed me to change my plans: Pastor Ravi’s church was facing a church split and a legal battle over land. The church was at a crisis moment.
When I got to the platform to preach, the Lord had supernaturally given me a message, “If you catch a thief, he must payback 7-fold that which was stolen.” I was instructed to preach from the platform (something I never do). Towards the end of the message, I jumped off the platform and the power of God hit the church with a Glory of God explosion. Pastor Ravi afterwards, grabbed the microphone and stated they were not only binding Satan’s attack, but believed for a 7-fold return and for 3.5 acres of land! (they originally believed for ½ acres). People went into a Holy Ghost frenzy; and the Glory of God fell knocking out rows of people. I give God all the praise!
I thank all of you who supported the Bangalore ministry trip through your prayers and financial support – it was an important trip; and you have a 100-fold return on the way!
Till next time –
You are loved and blessed of God – and by me,
Dr. Will Pantin

I am taking a break for my preparation time of fasting, praying and studying for the upcoming Bangalore, India pastor faith seminar to write you this letter
I must tell you that I am very excited about this upcoming trip to India; it is going to be the biggest and best trip Great Joy in the City Ministries has ever made to India. The response we have received from pastors and church leaders interested in attending our “Victory by Faith” seminar in Bangalore is overwhelming. We are expecting some 1,000 participants from not only Bangalore and the surrounding cities of Karnataka State, but we have been receiving registration forms from as far away as Mumbai, Orissa and Delhi. This is truly wonderful, and a sign to
GJITCM that God is confirming His Word to us about our assignment to prepare Christian leadership in India to bring in the ‘final harvest’ these last days. It has become clearer to me that GJITCM’s primary assignment is to prepare pastors and church leaders globally to “step up and step out”: To preach the uncompromised Gospel of Jesus Christ with Signs, Wonders and Miracles confirming the Word. The reason why we are receiving registrations from all around India, for a pastor seminar that is intended to be regional, is that God confirms the Word of God taught at GJITCM pastor seminars with Signs following. We have received countless testimonies from pastors over the years, that our pastor seminars are “different” and “life-changing” because of the great moves of the Holy Spirit during the seminars. The Holy Spirit works with GJITCM to seal the messages into the hearts of attendees; and brings the Word of God to the listener in a real way. I am still trying to figure it all out; but one thing I realize and humbles me, is that it is just a sovereign move of God and I have little to do with it other than being an obedient servant!
Please find the dates of the India trip; I ask for your prayers and financial support:
Thursday, June 11th: Arrive into Bangalore from Singapore
Friday, June 12th: “Victory by Faith” Pastor Seminar
Saturday, June 13th: “Victory by Faith” Pastor Seminar
Sunday, June 14th: Drive to Chitradirga to preach at Sunday service of
over 6,000 people
Monday, June 15th: Fly back to Singapore
You’ll notice that I will be going about three hours north by auto to Chitradirga, to preach a Sunday morning church service. The church that I will be preaching at is pastored by a young man who came to one of my pastor faith seminars back in 2005. He got hold of the Word of Faith in a major way, growing his church to 3,000 members the first time I preached for him back in 2007; he now has a church membership of 6,000. (For those who remember my visiting an area where Hindu temple prostitutes were located, and the story of the young Man of God who evangelized the region for one year without a soul saved, then God abundantly bringing poor farmers and sheep herders to Christ; also Kenneth Copeland Ministries helping to pay for the roof of the church building – This is the church!).
Praise the Lord – I am also expecting a large number of pastors and church leaders to become members of Bond Servants of Christ Ministerial Fellowship. Our India trip will coincide with the 4th anniversary of the start of Bond Servants of Christ Ministerial Fellowship in Asia. Please stand in agreement with us for a mighty move of God during this India trip!
I want you to know that ministry does not take place just when I make a trip to India, Pakistan or any other country in Asia. Great Joy in the City Ministries is continually doing ministry work in nations – even when I am not the one ministering! For example, our staff in Pakistan is constantly doing the work of the ministry: We have three churches in Lahore and a women’s church in Quetta. We have just started another church in Quetta (which is located near the Afghanistan border). Great Joy in the City Church of Quetta is pastored by Pastor Younas. For those who remember my early ministry in Pakistan (2001-2003), I used to visit Younas and his family in Quetta. Recently, Great Joy in the City Churches of Pakistan Overseer – Pastor Shahid, flew into Quetta for a ministry trip. He preached at the new GJITC Church of Quetta and GJITC Women’s Church of Quetta. Pastor Shahid flowed in a mighty move of the Holy Spirit, while building up and encouraging the GJITC Churches in Quetta.
Always remember that when you support GJITCM, you are not only helping to fund our big ministry events – like crusades and pastor faith seminars – when I make a trip around the Asia region; but you are also helping to support national Christian ministry on a monthly basis. In Pakistan, this has gotten to be vitally important – as just recently, US Army General Pratreus has stated that Pakistan is now the Al Qaeda’s base of operation!
GJITCM thanks you for your continued prayers and financial support as we head into the second half of 2009, and helping GJITCM reach the Muslim population of Asia!
Till next time –
You are loved and blessed of God – and by me,
Dr. Will Pantin

June 2009
Dear BSCMF Member,
“The seventy returned with joy, saying, Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name! And He said to them, I saw Satan falling like a lightning [flash] from heaven. Behold! I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way harm you.”
· Luke 10:17-19 (Amplified Version)
I want you to understand this very important truth that is vital for victory and success in your life and ministry: You have been given authority and power over all the power and ability of Satan! Whatever you are facing today – whether sickness and disease, lack and poverty, oppression, etc., no matter what part of the Curse – you have power over it. Jesus has redeemed you from the Curse that is upon this earth (Gal 3:13).
You may say, “Well Dr. Will, I don’t feel like I have power and authority over problems; I feel overwhelmed by Satan’s attacks!” But dear Brethren, you need to understand that you can’t be moved by what you see, feel or hear; you need to have faith in God’s Word: If God’s Word states you have power over all the power of Satan, then you should speak to the mountains of problems you are facing and say, “BE REMOVED FROM ME NOW, IN JESUS’ NAME!” The Bible states in 1 Peter 5:8-9a, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist stedfast in the faith.” This means that Satan will try to deceive you into believing his attacks of negative circumstances, seeing if you will fall prey to his deceptions. But we can overcome his attacks. How? We overcome by resisting him by faith – Meaning that we choose to believe God’s Word over circumstances; and believe till we see the answer.
I can’t tell you how many times I have faced adversities that have looked impossible to overcome in the natural – attacks by Satan. But when I chose to believe the Words of Jesus; that I had authority and power over all the power of Satan, and rebuked the circumstances in the name of Jesus and refused to be moved by the circumstances; the problems turned around and I gained the victory!
You have been given power over ALL the power of Satan and have the victory: Believe it!
May God bless you richly,
Dr. Will Pantin
